FAQS

WHAT DIFFERENTIATES YOU FROM OTHER MARKETS?

Our vision for central Texas is to create a space that celebrates the cultural differences in our community. We will make a space for you.

Our location will become the HUB for community commerce, activity, advocacy and engagement.

We look to host live entertainment & showcases, community competitions, themed events and weekly vendor events.

DO ALL YOUR VENDORS ACCEPT THE SAME METHODS OF PAYMENT?

All vendors may not accept the same payment methods. At the outdoor event center, these are independently out business and make their own payment choices.

Tickets purchased by KICK It vendors are purchased online only (www.kickitctx.com); at no time will any KICK It staff request or accept payment of cash, check or any other form.

EVENT TICKET PURCHASES : REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Tickets purchased by vendors or participants of KICK It events are non-refundable in instances of non-attendance or inclement weather. Should an event be cancelled by KICK It staff due to impending inclement weather; tickets can be transferred to the next scheduled event hosted by KICK It.

A 48hr notice is required if a vendor is unable to attend a purchased event for personal reasons in order to reschedule & transfer their fee. Failure to contact KICK It staff within the aforementioned timeline will render the ticket fee forfeit. Transfer of tickets must be done by direct communication and approval from KICK It staff.
